Set your T-Deck to flashing mode by pressing the center trackball and turning the power on

1. First install firmware-2.5.3.bfe99b2.zip using Meshtastic flasher (remember to select Full erase and install option).
2. Unzip firmware-2.5.3.bfe99b2.zip and install firmware-t-deck-2.5.3.bfe99b2-update.bin using https://esp.huhn.me/ (.bin selected in 0x10000 slot)
